Reaction Co. is a general contracting firm that performs a wide array of construction projects on Guam, CNMI & Micronesia. It is currently managed by its Owner & President, Randy G. Sager. Joining the managing team are a group of individuals, namely our General Manager – Joann Duenas, Construction Division Manager – Mike Livingston, Project Estimators / Managers – Tony Yanit and Jonathan Miclat, Admin. Assistant – Debbie Finona, Accountant – Fe Singson, and our Equipment Manager – Rodney Yara, are highly motivated professionals who have the experience, knowledge, and dedication to complete projects on time with a high-quality commitment to our clients' satisfaction.
